Architectural Review Committee

The Villages at Godley Station's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a volunteer committee responsible for reviewing exterior home changes to ensure they comply with the community's architectural guidelines, as outlined in the HOA's covenants and bylaws. 

Homeowners must submit an application, construction plans, and a material list for review before making an exterior change. The ARC reviews applications based on guidelines, not personal opinions, to maintain a consistent appearance and property values in the community.

The ARC handles various exterior modifications, including:

• Structures like sheds and pergolas

• Landscaping modifications

• Exterior paint colors and finishes

• Roofing materials

• Fences, satellite dishes, solar panels, and electric vehicle charging stations

All exterior changes made to your property must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee and be approved before project is started. Projects with no ARC approved application in our files are subject to fines until brought under compliance.
