Lease submission
If you are a tenant renting a home in The Villages at Godley Station, please upload a PDF copy of your current lease agreement using the upload button below.
To receive access to community amenities, including the pool, playground, courts, and other resident facilities, a valid lease must be on file with Sentry Management. Lease information is used to verify residency and ensure amenity access is granted to authorized occupants.
Please ensure your lease is complete, legible, and includes all signature pages. If your lease is renewed or updated, a new copy must be submitted.
Minor amenities access waiver submission
Residents ages 14–17 may use the Villages at Godley Station pool and clubhouse amenities without adult supervision only after a signed Minor Amenity Access Waiver has been submitted and approved.
To request independent amenity access for your child, please download a copy of the waiver here. Once you have completed and signed the waiver, submit it using the button below. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the form.
Please note:

The waiver must be on file before a minor may access the amenities without an accompanying adult.

The waiver applies only to residents ages 14–17.

Minors using the amenities independently may not bring guests.

All pool rules and community amenity rules remain in effect.
